About The Artist

I am the Bloomin Fool, a Pittsburgh-based gardener who paints what he knows. And what I know for sure is that Mother Nature is a harsh mistress. My gardening efforts are always under attack from a variety of animals that want to eat my blooms, disease that can spread like wildfire, bugs that multiply in hours, and fluctuating weather patterns that cause drought or an onslaught of rain that causes a breakout of mildew. Rather than surrender to these challenges, I fight the battle with a satirical sense of humor and my paintbrush.
